Holly Hooks Carmody

Holly has been with Hooks Construction since its inception in 2008. She brings years of experience working closely with clients, vendors, and project teams; experience that now translates seamlessly into her real estate career.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida State University and is known for her strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to protecting her clients’ interests. Throughout her career, she has worked side by side with property owners, ensuring transparency, clear communication, and smooth processes from start to finish. These values are central to how she approaches real estate; Building trust, fostering long-term relationships, and guiding clients with care and integrity.

Holly was raised in Stuart and has a genuine connection to the local community and a deep understanding of the area she serves. She believes real estate is about more than transactions; It’s about helping people make confident decisions and being a reliable resource long after closing day.

Deeply invested in her community, Holly is actively involved with L.I.N.K.S Fellowship.  She is a Sustainer with Junior League of Martin County and served as a Group Leader and Children’s Leader with Bible Study Fellowship. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, golfing and boating.
